Born in Tokyo, Japan, in 1966.
Graduated from Tokyo Designer Gakuin College of Fashion Design.
After working for three apparel companies,
Founded own company in 2001.
Undertook ODM of various famous brands.
Launched the original brand C.S.D .
It wholesales to multiple retail stores.
In 2008, opened a directly managed store C.S.D
in Shirokane, Tokyo.
Based in Hawaii since 2014.
Established
YASUHIRO SAKAWA DESIGN STUDIO., LLC
in Hawaii in 2019.

“plus aloha” launched in 2021.
The design philosophy
For everyday comfortable life,
For special moments that will become lifetime memories,
The clothes that you can feel naturally.
People come to Hawaii from all over the world.
They live with the Aloha Spirit.
Each person adds to the aloha spirit.
I hope the spirit of aloha will make the world a peaceful place.
Aloha spirit will be etched in my heart forever.
